@scx2kmI don't approve, Just guessing what is going on. We play in similar way and non of us are cheating. Most of us play this game before wars, even before CoM and clubs. The thing is, after a few wars with cheaters, we are full of war items too. Then, the next war we can make 500k or more, over 100k with a single city. But this is one war. The next one we are more or less empty. So when you see club where most of members have AvgWar Score above 100k, logical question is how?
I asked EA, and they replied that it is a deliberate change to supposedly deter "illicit players" trading high volumes.
I replied that it was an absolute nuisance to genuine players
How is it even possible to buy war items outside of your club?
Or do you mean you temporarily leave your club and join another?
- @scx2km I have no problems with war cheaters as my war deliveries are 5000-10000 simoleons. At least I get lots of cheap items.
I have tried to explain people that war is made for low level cities and lvl 18 players who do well in war aren't cheating automatically.
I'm lvl 99 and most things open or maxed so it can take 1 million simoleons to get 88k if the enemy isn't attacking. - @illawarrior2 It is not possible. You go to other clubs for shoping. Especially for war cards. In your arena you are limited to 20 magnets for example. But you can buy another 20 in each arena. So if you go to all 6 arenas it would be 120. I don't check depos in those clubs as they are inactive. But who wants to cheat undetected, can put hacked cities in some inactive club and go there for items between the wars. And main club remain clean, no cheaters. What else could be "closed depot" in city names except "don't touch my stash". With this change they can put 32 items max, instead of 160. But this is not a solution, problem with main storage remains.
- @Penakyna I am not sure I understand. Simelons or War simelons you are talking about? War deliveries are pretty hard to do on high levels, and I am pretty far from making 88k every war. Maybe I am missing something... 🙂
- @lesorsier you lack an idea. In January 2018, I created a second city, left it at level 18. why, because it's easy to estimate how many tables, grasses and donuts you need, for have about 300 war products produced in 2.5 days. In January 2018 I created an Excel in which I counted how many items I need for war supplies. I did tests for the next 32 wars. statistically, everything coincided. the cost of delivering 300 war products was 0. when the 18th level city had to buy most of the semi-finished products, the cost increased to 200,000 simoleons.
I will quote my exchange with ea support soon. you'll understand why I don't need a weapon for 88k points, but only for 36k points. for me, playing on the 5th arena doesn't make any sense. support ea, answer that:
Please understand that there are always consequences to the actions which in this cases is applied in the game through which we can put an end to number of cases who trade items to feeder cities. Later they became the hot-spot cities doing illicit activities which eventually get banned from our servers.
I anwers their:
You wrote that they were eventually banned from our servers. ... then I have one question: why are you still punishing me with the possibility of putting up only one war item?
as an analyst I will use statistics to show you how much your reasoning is harmful to me. More harmful than the presence of cheats in the game. We've played 36 wars since the beginning of this year. We meet rivals attacking suspiciously (because no one has proven them cheating) 3 times. We hit everyone in the first or second arena. On the 3rd or 4th arena we have only rivals, which almost do not attack.
I haven't played for over 7 months last year so I will skip him. I kept considerable statistics in 2018. we played 136 wars. We meet rivals attacking suspiciously (because no one has proven them cheating) 4 times.
so sorry, but cheaters are no problem for me. but the biggest problem for me are your idiotic decisions and ideas. follow my report history and see how many idiotic mistakes you made. this is another one of them.
quarterly on average we start from scratch and play until the end of 4 arenas. The number of points you need to get in the 5th arena is ridiculously sick and no one wants to play in the 5th arena.
maybe that's why statistically it is easier to meet cheaters in the highest arenas. but it's all your fault. Only your fault.
After reading through this series of posts it is very clear what is taking place...a couple + years ago I contacted EA and asked this simple question - “Are feeder cities legal?” After 3 or 4 exchanges (obviously in conjunction with their legal department) I finally got an answer - “An individual may play multiple cities but they can not be used as a satellite or feeder city.” I had this reviewed by an appropriate professional who confirmed the response came from a legally recognized representative of the company and was a binding statement of fact. I have shared this previously and got called all kinds of names but that’s ok it’s simply a reflection of them as a person.
In answer to the rhetorical question from one of the posters “Are you a cheater”... actually yes, whether you know it or not. Don’t worry, I don’t think they’re after an individual, I believe this is an effort to address these multiple feeder clubs feeding there primary club. If by chance this makes it inconvenient to feed your primary city, all the better, levels the playing field.
PinnacleValley I think your missing the point, this is not about feeder cities it is about hacked cities feeding legit cities with large quantities of war items between wars.
Feeder cities are perfectly fine, if legit, no difference to clubs with players sharing items. Or indeed selling items on the trade HQ.
This change may well slow these players refuelling with hundreds of items between wars but does have an impact to legit players sharing or selling war items to Dan.... Not a very elegant solution.
