Loss of storage capacity, golden keys, and spaces in trade depot

Question

Anybody have this issue? I am level 29, pop 250,000. It feels like I got hacked or there was a glitch. I lost all my golden keys (had around 7 or 8), lost the extra spaces I had purchased for my trade depot (4 in total), and the worst part is my storage capacity went from 150 to 30. It is frustrating because I have about 145 items so cannot add anything to storage and to increase the space i require 12 of each item. For whatever reason my city, simoleons, and population didn't get affected. Game support emailed me a few days ago that they would look into the matter but have not heard anything

It is Januaury 28, 2015 and now I am having the same exact issue. I had 20 keys, gone! I'm livid. Storage capacity shrank and I had to sell more than half the stuff I stored in order to keep playing. Then, the trade depot also lost slots. I'm beyond irritated. I would like my keys back. Time and ACTUAL money has been spent on this game. Please EA, fix this frustrating glitch before more players experience this.

I would to try to çontact them back if you don't hear from them be Wed. It could even take them a little longer if they can not find why your was effected.&nbsp;

Any luck? I just lost my storage, keys and trade places, too. Level 27, 133000 population, just bought a school and then everything crashed. Is a restore to a certain time possible? I would hate to have lost all this stuff...

I've had exact same problem! I have 26 keys and now they are all gone! What a waste

@mikebravo_123 My storage has dropped from 115 down to 85 with 97 items still in it...wtf ?!
