Lost 90% of population without any reason

As it says in the title, I lost 90% of my city’s population in the span of 5 minutes even while having the service capacity. From 150000 down to 15000 and the population is now stuck at that number. ...

I have the same problem. I’m very angry with this. I won’t play anymore. Probably I’ll quit. I spent a lot of time and money for this **bleep**. 😡😡😡

I lost basically all my city and I can’t recover.
