Mayors Pass Frozen : (

Still getting used to the new update, but as I was earning new tiers in the mayors pass the game glitched and now I can’t earn anything else. The more I work and earn more points. I’m not leveling up in tiers, it’s frozen. I would really like to try and complete this Seasons pass. If somebody could please help me resolve this that would be wonderful.
