My capital city have power and all services, but game says no

Before Xmas my capital city after moving some Omega buildings, came with multiple alerts of no power, no water, no services for my buildings. I even bought some coins but was a waste of money. So I literally took all down. After doing this doesn’t allow me to rebuild new houses.

The game is a waste of money and doesn’t work at all. I have tried to uninstall+install back in multiple different devices, with same login data, the issue persists.

The attachment of my capital city named “Giocity” shows clearly no buildings and no chance to add new ones.

We should be able to restore the game before the issue.
