My players ID been hacked and someone cloned my account

I need help and simcity company can give me new players id number? My English no so good, but I really try to protect my rights. I believe no one like someone hacked your account and cloned sales in simcity games. I start simcity since 2018 until now….spends a lot money from simcity company. 
please anyone know or simcity official can take serious look my case.
