New game changes too difficult to attain

I do not usually complain about changes to the game, but I have to agree with many of the comments I have read since the new change to services.  I have been playing this game for over 8 years or more and have really enjoyed building my city, playing the Contest of Mayors and war when I was on a team with many players.  I have invested real money to enjoy this game further and I looked forward to some down time to just enjoy my city.  But, unfortunately with these new changes to services I do not see how I can continue or enjoy this game any longer.  The new changes are so unattainable in my opinion unless I want to spend a ridiculous amount in real money.  What is so disappointing with this last game change is the amount of simoleans or neo money needed to upgrade the services but there is no upgrade ever to the amount of money we earn daily from the government, or to green money rewards etc.  My capital city is full, it’s hard to add new services without deleting parks, entertainment etc, so it seems like it will be impossible to keep the city happy.  On top of my thoughts on these new changes my game crashes every time I try to update services so it has become frustrating just trying to upgrade or add services.
