New update keeps crashing

Same here, issues with the game crashing over the last 6mths to a year and add in the new services update and requirement to pay to ensure my already happy city now isn’t because they’ve changed the goalposts. Shame on the developers as this is a good game but is now unplayable.

Yep, I was starting to think I was the only one experiencing the game freezing with an unrecognizable screen. I can’t move on to grow my cities without services. So, every time I click on one of the essentials, frozen. I’m using an Apple IPad with the latest IOS.

The constant crashing is a real pain. I sometimes have to restart 8 times just to move or bulldoze something. Nothing has been done for iOS users for months since this originally started with pink pixels. Now it goes black. As if there is not enough problems with services 2!
