New update
The new update has serious problems. It just quit immediately once I click any region. That means I cannot finish this season. Any solution soon?

Now I found a solution from this forum. The snow effect of the expensive x’mas tree has to be turned off. Can I get a refund of the trees for this bug? I bought 2.
