No 4th Chicago Mission

I finished three Chicago missions, but no more clipboards are showing up. I’m assuming there are supposed to be more, as the first three haven’t resulted in enough snowflake coins to earn the Riverwa...

    There are four missions this week. Four is the maximum in any week.

I got a fourth mission which I finished but I haven't been able to find a fifth. 

mission one was make vegetables, mission too was make shovels, mission 3 was made chemicals, mission 4 is make smoothies. 

if anyone is able to get the fifth mission I'd love to know what it was.
