No more ads?

Has anyone else not been able to see ads anymore or is it just me? I have not seen any ads for a week now. I can't even start my ad-based factory, just says currently unavailable. Also can't claim 'watch ads' in mayor's challenge as I can't watch any ads.

    Occasionally in the ad based factory and sometimes with the watch add bubbles it comes up blank,  so it's not just you.
