no new popsicle challenge
Chicago mission is still active and i do have the popsicle but new missions are not coming last mission was the one with collecting tree sapling.
and no epic constructions are popping.

Saplings is the last mission. There are only 4 each week.
Only fully upgraded residential building go epic.
