Phantom notification for completed COM task - Can’t clear

In my COM assignments I keep seeing the green checkmark on my home screen showing I have a completed task reward to claim, however when I click into it I have nothing to claim. have tried multiple game and phone restarts. so frustrating, I now cant tell when I have a legit reward to claim or not.
