Probem with saved city - just dissapired!

Hey.

I've got little problem with my saved city ... 

I was playing with my brother on the same device. Yesterday after reloging on my account , i've got d/c by my internet. After i log on via Facebook i saw city just from tutorial! I can't get back my city, becaouse all the time i see that new one - same was to my brother - he lost his city!.

I wrote to support but they tell me about unistalling game etc. and that didnt work. I clear cache on application, deleted it from facebook account and still nothing.

Anyone got some issue about that problem? Or maybe someone got the same problem and he solved it !

Please help me, coz i lost month of playing ...

    I was at level 34 and my city disappeared as well, but I was able to get it fixed. I had to contact customer support via email, and after explaining what happened they finally submitted my case to the higher ups. After 2 days they emailed me telling me they restored it by using their server. So yeah contact customer support.

    Heh ... still nothing.

    I wrote to support and they tell me, that experts know about my problem and will fix it as quick they can...

    Tdy my friend told me, that my city in his friend list is gone ... just dissapired ... so they delete that city which i want to back ... 

    So nice with solving problems ...
