Railroad bridges on Frosty Fjords

I’m having an issue with the railroads on this zone. The limits to the railroad bridges have somehow moved  outside of the bridges and don’t let me build roads across them. One even deleted a road already there.

Also, I’m trying to post pictures for the devs and the forum doesn’t let me.
