Recycling of "Additional Assignments"

Ok EA... There HAS to be a way to stop the recycling of tasks during the season! My group does not participate in Wars, if I spend 30 golden tickets to "get rid" of a war deliveries or war actions task I DO NOT want them to come back... Same with production tasks... Also, I shouldn't have a production of 12 sports sneakers come up after I've just completed six! Code can fix each of these issues, PLEASE fix this, thank you!!!
