After claiming the free daily chest on the website every time I open the game and log into my account it forces a small window to open saying "Thank you for your purchase, click the button to claim your loot", but when I click the button it crashes my game. I cannot click off of the window or do anything else once its opened. I've tried deleting cashes, memory, uninstalling and reinstalling, forcing an update, downloading the game on a different device, restarting my phone. Nothing works. If anyone is having a similar issue or knows how to cancel a free 'purchased' chest linked to my account that would be greatly appreciated, I've been playing on this account for years and losing it will be devastating. Thanks.

Hey all, A hotfix was released today which should resolve this issue. Please make sure you have updated to the latest available SimCity BuildIt release.

My account always crash when i claim giftshop and then click claim ingame, click claim or back button. I tried to clear game data, but it keep crash.
After that my game data lose 12 hour. O m g
Help me to check.

Your Free Chest is blocking access to my city.
1. I went to this page: https://store.simcitybuildit.com.
2. I claimed daily free chest.
3. I open the game on android phone.
4. Window with free chest appears.
5. I click "Claim" and then game freeze and quits.
I tried restarting phone and clearing cache/storage.
Remove this chest from my account i don't want it. Bring back acces to my city. Because of this bug i cannot participate in war with my club, i cannot participate in events and claim all these rewards, thers is only 2 days left for alll of this.
This game, day by day gets more and more bugs...

I have the same problem on my tablet, although it is my fault (I'm still newish to the game). Went onto the EA webstore to have a look around on my desktop PC, signed in, it came up with 'grab your free daily gift.' I'd already claimed one today in the app, but I clicked it anyway because might be a bonus chest from visiting the webstore. Now when I load the app up, it will work briefly for a few moments so long as I move from menu to menu, but it gets to the point that as soon as I close a menu it will instantly come up with the prompt for claiming the chest and the game crashes if I click the button; I cannot do anything else in the game once it appears but interact with the pop-up, so I cannot do anything with my city.
I'm using a Galaxy Tab A7 Lite.
