Service glitch

I have a problem with all services. For example, I have more than enough power capacity and the power plants are connected to the buildings by roads but still half of my buildings are complaining about not having power. My buildings are also complaining about no health/fire department/police even though they are covered by the green area. I also can’t collect speed-ups from my epic buildings. I lost 25% of my population because of this. I hope it gets fixed soon. Does anyone have this issue too?

    I am having the same issue!! Every since I updated the app most recently it has not allowed me to update the service to the point where it meets the demand (even the the capacity is way over). But, weirdly, my boyfriends city doesn’t have the same bug?? I even spent money on buying more Simoleons hoping it would solve the problem by constantly upgrading, but it hasn’t, and now just seems like a waste. I really hope they resolve it soon as it would be a real shame to lose the years I’ve had on this game over a silly bug :((

    Exactly the same issues here! I’ve tried moving deptments around, endless up-grading (I’m now broke) with a falling population and abandoned buildings, I’ve been playing this game for years but I’m now seriously looking at other games.  No one seems to care or be able to solve the issues.

    oh and it continually crashes every time I access the services.

    Welcome to Services 2 where ample is still not enough!

    Alongside this problem, loads and loads of abandoned buildings on the basis of lack of services. Despite the fact that the services have capacity way in excess of demand. And despite the fact that I thought the Services 2 announcement said there would be a grace period and we wouldn’t have abandoned buildings.

    Yes! I just came here to report the same issue. All of my services (water, electricity, waste, etc.) are showing as red and stating there isn't enough coverage, and a lot of buildings are popping up with the speech bubbles claiming it too. I know there is, because I upgraded EVERYTHING and the capacity for each is higher than the demand for them. It’s getting a tad annoying, pretty sure it started after the Christmas update :( I’ve attached photos so devs can see what it’s looking like.
