Sewage capacity
I have more than double required capacity for sewage but it’s still showing red, sewage not being picked up. What gives?

I’ve got the same issue with the water supply?!?!
My water supply is 360 and demand is only 119 and every house is connected.
Sewage had 490 capacity and only a demand of 119 with every house connected but still loads of houses saying no service ?!?!?my power grid is only now working since I upped my capacity to 542 and the demand is only 192
