Sewage capacity

I have more than double required capacity for sewage but it’s still showing red, sewage not being picked up. What gives?

I’ve got the same issue with the water supply?!?!

My water supply is 360 and demand is only 119 and every house is connected.
Sewage had 490 capacity and only a demand of 119 with every house connected but still loads of houses saying no service ?!?!?

my power grid is only now working since I upped my capacity to 542 and the demand is only 192

  • Same problem here. Plenty of sewage capacity and yet red alerts remains on the houses. Tried everything.

  • It’s becoming increasingly obvious to me by reading all of the messages that ppl arent reading the forums about 2.0. The roll out hasn’t happened as yet and when it does you will notice the change or at least that’s how I read it!

You lot are just too impatient and need to wait a little longer

Of course no one is reading the 2.0 garbage, even the devs don't read the forums.

I just found out that after fixing/remodeling the broken residences the sewage service get back to normal.

  • I’m having the same issue for power, water and sewage. All capacity above demand and all roads are connected. Can only get to 50% happiness so low taxes and making it very hard to play the game

  • I’m experiencing exactly the same issue and can confirm this is not player error.

This started after the latest app update. Services show red warnings despite large overcapacity. Buildings placed after the update work normally, but affected buildings remain broken even when moved — the problem follows the building, not the location.

I’ve been in a long-running exchange with EA Support, but so far they keep replying with generic troubleshooting steps and don’t seem to understand that this is a technical regression. What finally helped clarify the issue was explicitly asking for technician-level investigation and describing it as building-level service state corruption.

If you report this to support, I strongly recommend you include the following:

    • The issue started after the latest update
    • Services have overcapacity and correct coverage
    • New buildings are unaffected
    • Moving a broken building does NOT fix it (the issue follows the building)
    • Request escalation to a technician, not standard troubleshooting

The more of us report this with the same technical description, the harder it will be for support to dismiss it as user error.
