SimCity build it app not loading game

Hello, I’ve been unable to go through customer support due to the issue, I have an iPad 9th gen on version 18.5 with SimCity being fully up to date. I have tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling the app but that has not worked. On the rare occasion it does work, anytime I go into green valley it crashes. The game most of the time will simply crash after the loading bar finishes.

This issue has only started happening over the last two days.

If anyone has any advise on what I can do to fix this, I would appreciate it.
