Simcity buildit keeps crashing when entering to the game

Thanks for sharing what you've tried so far. You've already ruled out some causes with those steps. There are a couple of other troubleshooting steps available for iOS devices. Please give them a go just in case. I'll share the guide below:

If those steps don't help, you may have a bug on your hands. Could you open a case with our support team and share your Player ID? The support team may not be able to fix it for you, but an in-game help ticket sends through information that is best not shared on a public forum, which will help the team dig into this more deeply. See if you can title the help ticket 'EA Forums—iPhone 13 Pro Max crashes', and I'll ask the team who investigates these things to keep an eye out for it.
