SimCity Buildit road glitches

I am one of the many MANY players whose city is being affected by the glitch that occurs when trying to build/upgrade roads or by moving other buildings around. I’ve given up on trying to fix the roads because the screen goes black and pixelated which forces me to restart the game over and over. I did reach out to EA, provided screenshots so here’s their response. I’m not sure how anyone from “Need for speed” can help me out in SimCity buildit but according to EA this is the route to take. lol.
