Story event is ending a day early?

I have one city on iPhone and it’s gone. Two cities on android and it’s still there. So, it seems to just be affecting iOS users. 

Hallo bei mir genauso IOS geht nicht. Mir fehlen noch 150 Punkte die ich aber heute morgen nicht mehr einlösen kann. Damit ist die gesamte Mission nicht mehr möglich. Ich denke ich werde keinen Pass mehr bezahlen und nur noch sporadisch weiterspielen.

I still don't have the event track back. 

And in about 5 hours I go to sleep in The Netherlands, so if they fix it then I won't have enough time to finish the assignments anyway.by the time I wake up. 

As an Android user I don't have the event track...so no it is not iOS. 

Ended a day early for me as well, 200 points from finishing the track.

This appears to be a random bug or a deliberate attempt to prevent players collecting the rewards).  Some players on my team still have the event track and others don’t.  I was only 200 plumbobs away from collecting the final level and the Event track disappeared.  However my husband (also playing on iOS) still has the Event Track and it shows it ends in line with weekly CoM.    What’s the deal here EA? Are you going to compensate us all for the missing rewards and Weekly Album?

I'm an android user and was 45 plumbobs away when my event track disappeared. I actually paid money to accelerate and figured I could do one task the next morning. 

Contacted customer services and they couldn't help me and told me to post here. 

I'm really upset, I worked really hard to get there. Now I won't be able to complete the album meaning I won't be able to finish the season.

I assume this is depending by the weekly  Limit. The Limit for the second week was  by 297.000 and now it is suddently set back to 198.000 which was the Limit from last week. On the picture were the  Limit is not jet full received appears still the eventtrack, but on the other picture with the full reveived  Limit it disapears. I think this is a Bug which comes with the Black friday event track. 

I had reached my Limit the days before and my event track disapeared this morning. Could just finished it in the last minutes.

kexi6g296b9r​ I had already reached my weekly cap days ago. This morning 7 AM (CET) the event track just disappeared., so maybe reaching the cap causes this. For me it is the only building I need for the season collection (as long time player I already have the others), so I probably had enough to upgrade that viking boat thing to level 9 to finish the weekly collection this time 😩

After the Oktoberfest disappointment with buying a pass and not even close to upgrading to the max, Halloween being decent but annoying, this is just another blow. I have been playing for 8 years, but it is making me more depressed and stresses because of the many assignments than happy, which is suppose to be the goal of playing games right?

Disappointing no response from EA. We now miss on completing both weekly as well as season event. At the very least we need to be gifted the final prize for event track.
