Tapjoy not Giving Rewards

Twice now I've satisfied a reward in another game through Tapjoy to receive a SimCity cash reward. Both times when I did not receive the reward, I opened a ticket and provided them all of the necessary information. 

The most recent circumstance I was asked for a screenshot proving I had completed the assignment. I had already put that in the chat, but I happily did it again: an unedited screenshot of the page showing I had completed the task. 

The chat told me I hadn't done that. So a third time I put a screenshot in the chat and asked them to let me know if there was any issue with the pic. They closed the case. No reward. 

Tapjoy is a bad company. They're like an insurance company that just denies the claims without looking into it. EA should stop using them because it makes EA look bad by association. There are MANY other games I could be playing. I enjoy SimCity but if this Tapjoy thing continues, I'll stop playing & uninstall SimCity without a second thought.
