The demand of different buildings and facilities are keeping 1
After I upgraded different things, the demand keep showing ‘1’. The game had became too easy to play and unfair in my opinion.

Unfair? The reduced service demand is one of the few things the developers have gotten right with all of their lousy additions to the game. Do you know how much land was freed up by reducing the service demand? Also, at some point service buildings will become upgradeable hotspots and that itself will totally change the dynamics of the game. Assuming they ever roll out the service building hotspot upgrades.
