    This happened to me a while ago. It didn't appear in Landscapes or any other menu. Eventually, I found it was built in Cactus Canyon. Not sure how it got there. Try looking closely at all of your regions and see if it's there.

I've noticed the problem with the Daily Assignments. The first one - which I think was to collect Simoleons - worked. But the next two, Dispatch Trains and Upgrade Residential Zone, don't. It does seem that EA isn't very concerned about bugs anymore.
