Unable to claim war case or purchase Vu tier II war pack.

Hi

I completed the troubleshooting recommendations a few days ago, and have even repeated the following:

• Turning off Wi-Fi and minimizing game then going back in and turning it on.
• Deleting cache and storage
• Turning off phone, turning back on
• Uninstalling / reinstalling.

I am still experiencing an isolated issue with the war club specifically, however club chat is working.

All other aspects of typical gameplay work too.  

I reached.out for help through the game but have not heard back.  

It's been two days....
