Unable to get reward from website visit
I am prompted to get my gift daily every time I visit the website. But when I open the game to get my bonus I can't find out how to retrieve the cash bonus after I re open the game. How do I do it? I...

I find the best way to do it is to wait till you get the gift reminder in-game. Click on that reminder and it will take you to the website to collect your gift. Then, go back to the game and less than 30 seconds later, a box will pop up telling you that your gift (simcash) has been collected. I never go directly to the gift website, only via the in-game prompt.
