Unachievable train dispatch requirements
After the dispatch problem was fixed the next delivery was for the observation car, which requires train rank 40. I am only rank 9 so can’t do this. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes I do! Cafe car and sleeper car required. Had to reroll. We're also having big problems with wars since then too. Have you also had that?
We haven’t started a war since the train problems. What issue did you have with wars?
