Unachievable train dispatch requirements
After the dispatch problem was fixed the next delivery was for the observation car, which requires train rank 40. I am only rank 9 so can’t do this. Anyone else have this problem?

Have got the same problem, I require a refrigerated car, but is not available until rank 25 I am only rank 8. Why are we getting tasks that can't be achieved.
