Useless customer service
I made an ingame purchase but didn't receive the item. I tried it again (so 2 charges) and still no item. Customer service is demanding that I provide a screenshot of the purchase but it's impossible because Google is encrypting the data. When I explain this to customer service, they just keep repeating the same thing. I'm beyond furious.
I dreaded going to them in the first place because they've never once resolved an issue in the past when I've gone to them about issues in the game. It would be different if it was about play money but I have 2 charges on my debit card and they aren't taking it seriously. As far as I'm concerned, this is theft.
