Useless customer service

I made an ingame purchase but didn't receive the item. I tried it again (so 2 charges) and still no item. Customer service is demanding that I provide a screenshot of the purchase but it's impossible because Google is encrypting the data. When I explain this to customer service, they just keep repeating the same thing. I'm beyond furious. 

I dreaded going to them in the first place because they've never once resolved an issue in the past when I've gone to them about issues in the game. It would be different if it was about play money but I have 2 charges on my debit card and they aren't taking it seriously. As far as I'm concerned, this is theft.

  • Hi dude, I experienced the same thing last week. I tried to purchase Sydney zoo. The first purchase worked, but I saw nothing in the storehouse. So like you did, I tried it again. Although the same thing happened, I recorded the film of the whole purchase, showing the success purchase with deliver animation but no item. I argued then in in-game support (not webpage ea help, because the Indian has no eccess to the account details). I warned them with my email conformation and footage of my recorded video.  Finally they delivered my 2 Sydney zoos today.  But if you said the problem happened this week again, I have to be cautious and record the purchase process from now on. What did you plan to purchase?

  • I think customer service lefta half year ago, i posted several times an got the same response even when they were different questions. Better ignore the helpdesk,
