WEEKLY ASSIGNMENTS DISAPPEARED!

I had completed fewer than five weekly assignments, but I intentionally did not claim them. My strategy was to claim them at the last minute to surpass the top players.

However, after claiming a single daily assignment, all of my completed weekly assignments disappeared.

The completed weekly assignments I can still remember were:

  • Earn Epic Points
  • Earn Coins
  • Build Residential Buildings

I'm pretty sure there were more, as my calculated score should have been over 200,000 points.

 

The daily assignment that triggered this issue was "Spend 14,000 on Services."

    I attached a screenshot as proof. As you can see, I had zero weekly assignments left and only two daily assignments remaining, but my points were only 190,000.

    There's not much time left for this issue to be fixed. I even purchased the Mayor's Pass Plus so I could earn all the rewards. If you fix this issue and grant me the rewards I should have received, I'll gladly purchase the Mayor's Pass Plus again in the future.
