What to do if I haven't received a PVZ building ?

Hi,

A few days ago I bought a building from the PVZ collection, but I haven't received it yet. I checked with Google and according to the payment, it's already been processed, but EA hasn't resolved the issue, and I don't know what to do because I need it to complete the Black Friday event to get the Service Tower.

I should mention that I play on both my Android and iPhone phones, in the same city, with accounts linked to EA and Facebook.

If you purchase a building it should go into your inventory straight away. There's no wait time involved. If you didn't get it immediately then there was a problem. Best route would be to contact your app store to get a refund.

If you mean missing plumbobs look at this commentar which is marked as solved 2 days ago
If you look at the objects you want to buy you can recognise if there are the plumbobs included. Otherwise you will get no.
