SimCity keeps freezing (NOT BSOD or windows error)???

Always!!!!!!!! freezes in one city of mine. ALWAYS!

I can load any other city in my region, but I can ALWAYS get the game to freeze in one city. Processor and ram are at ok level... PC runs fine. Its just this half-baked EA game.

I can load it and without fail it will freeze!

Did I mention that it always freezes? Yep it does!

I miss the days of cartridges that NEVER needed updating.
