I was able to finaly creat a city , but guess what I can't see the road , house or anything I cant build I can only look at the plain map, THIS is this online bull**bleep** , they can't even prepare the proper servers! Just like Diablo 3 , this is a disapointment. When you spend money you should be able to play not to wait 5 days until they reajust. EA are so cheap that games on ps3 and Xbox  can't be played because servers are closed we are talking 2 -3 y old games , they make you buy the next version , it's ridiculas it's frustrating , I want my money back you stupid cheap cunts! Can't even prepare for a **bleep**ing game lunch! Dumb ass EA executives only look at how many copies they sold, we shoul all return the game tomorrow and they can stick it up there candy ass!!

What a piece of **bleep** game. I demand compensation.. I dropped 60 bucks for this online piece of **bleep**???!!?!?! I'm going to call EA tomorrow morning and demand a refund. Piece of **bleep** EA try to prevent piracy by creating a game that doesn't even play!!!! That's a crime in itself, I got jipped out of my F U C K I N G MONEY!!!!!!!!!! AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

Seems I not the only one who is totally let down (once again) by EA. Seriously guys, this isn't even a new problem is it? From my very short search it looks like an issue that was occuring during testing!

I just want to play the **bleep** game I just paid $60 for. Pissed is an understatement. How effing incompetent are you EA????

I have risked my life driving in a snow storm to be able to go and purchase this game only to find out that i can't play it.  Why is this allowed to happen in Unites States?  I'm telling  you this country is going to **bleep** allowing companies to do this to people.  EA should refund eveyone's money back who purchased the game on day 1, just as a thank you for putting up with their **bleep**.  They get paid millions of dollars to make a decent game and they come out with this bull**bleep**.  I guess it's simcity 3000 for me tonight.  At least i can play that anytime i want with no internet bull**bleep**.  Absolutely unacceptable!!

Why have a release day period, if you can't play a game.  have it release in June if you gonna have problems.   These people all they do is test and fix things and obviously they didn't do their job right.  Why do they have the right to take people's money and not provide a service. What if i took $60 from ur account just for kicks, would you be happy about it?

I purchased the box copy of the game after work tonight.  Upon purchase I was excited to play as I have always been a sims fan as well as a spore fan.  Upon getting home and installing I went through all of the frustrations of trying to get on a server, finally when I was able to get on a North American server, the game graphics show now grass or trees or anything that looks like a landscape for that matter.  Upon trying to trouble shoot it online all I come across is all the issues digital downloaders are having.  The retailer I purchased the product from has an exchange only for same item option.  To be honest I am not happy with the product and therefore would like to explore options on getting my money back.  I have the reciept and the contents of the box still.  Please contact me imediately when you have an answer for me as I will not be attempting to play the game again and have a very difficult and stressful job, which is why I wanted to play a Sim City game to get away from the headaches not to cause more.  I am very upset although I am being professional in my words and holding back what I really think.

This is crazy, I have paid for nothing, just waiting for download this and that!!!
