add the option to put a hood on and fix the issue with start challenges to fast

The option to put hoodies on sweatshirts that have them would be useful if added for a better experience and a sense of personalization. Regarding the bug that appears at the beginning of a challenge...

Also option to turn my hat backwards as most skaters actually do this to prevent wind from snagging it off our heads. Just a touch of Realism
