BUG launches in weird resolution, after not being able to save borderless

Question

When i load the game on PC, i get a low and wide resolution. Checking settings, im on borderless, so I need to change it, save and change it back. Then its fine. But when I try to exit the menu, skate thinks I didnt save changes even though I did. Maybe thats the issue, its being applied for the game session, but gets reverted next time i open the game.

Same problem for me, i log in to skate, game puts my resolution to the lowest one possible with the lowest refresh rate, if i try to switch back to fullscreen, and change the refresh rate to what i play on (165hz) the game doesn't apply, it keeps it on 50hz. Also whenever i join the game, somehow its always in 50hz until i alt tab the game, then it fixes itself. Been happening for 4 days now. I tried to repair files from the steam client directly, but still no fix.
