Can't Change any settings while in a Challenge

Not exactly a bug, but definitely an issue. you simply can't change any of the settings while you are doing actively participating in any challenge. Currently attempting the "Single Bridge Gap" Challenge in Hedgemont and the spread eagle camera doesn't follow the character exactly the way I want it to, so I went to change the horizontal follow camera, but had to quit the challenge then restart it because you can't access the settings menu while in a challenge. This is because the normal button to open up the menu was replaced with the challenge menu, and there is no way to get to the normal menu without exiting the challenge. Not exactly a bug but a slight annoyance considering in order to test properly you would go back to the challenge.
