Climbing skyscrapers ruins the immersion. This is a skating game, I shouldn't have to climb a skyscraper like Spiderman just to get to a challenge. It wouldn't be an issue if we could quick travel to challenges like we can at the stores.
I'm not a developer why do i need to come with "bright ideas" that's what they are paid for & what do you mean "people like you" the game isn't great compared to previous versions the game in the current game loop format just doesn't work.
Who is paying or grinding for a generic hat they already own just to wear it backwards or in a different colour?
Bright idea #1 fix the multiple bugs that are game breaking instead of patching launch glitches
#2 multiplayer vs modes, spot battle, skate etc
#3 the is map very flat & similar
#4 the season 2 update brought ramps that lead nowhere
#5 where are the pros?

Its nice to be able to climb. Its not nice to have to climb a skyscraper in a mission. The solution would be to have the climbing missions be for smaller climbs and buildings, and also a more varied climb, like with jumps and swings and wallrides. Problem is that most of the missions u just hold up and X for a couple of minutes while the character slowly jumps upwards which is annoying as hell. I usually just try to cheat around it by teleporting to another skyscraper or using the teleport to throwdown thing.
To each their own, I don't see any bright ideas coming from people like you.
I almost never climb.. once all fast travel points are unlocked you can spread eagle to anywhere. Just teleport to a nearby skyscraper and fly across
yeah okay spread eagle is unrealistic but avoids tedious climbs
No spending 5 to 15 minutes climbing to a spot will never be fun
I completely agree. There needs to be a way to get to everyplace on the map without getting off your board. ESPECIALLY when unlocking a new FP.
The climbing is by no means a smooth system, though it has it's benefits.
Remember in Skate 2 and 3 when you had to do the sprinting caveman glitch to get to really high areas? This is where the climbing comes in handy. Also, when skate. was first teased, I was under the impression we would see more technical street skating (kinda like Mike Vallely's style) with all the climbing and jumping off monkey bars but instead we've gotten budget Assassin's Creed missions.
Like I was saying, it needs work but it could be something we might enjoy in the end.
you dont have to do those. you only unlock cosmetics
The missions requires you to climb, and it's woefully unfun.
