Clock Idea for Community Parks

Last night my buddy mentioned that he was annoyed by the constant "timer" on your screen at a community park, that always displays how much time is left at the park. 

My potential solution to this was to have a literal "Clock Tower" at these parks displaying how much time is left until the park gets swapped out, instead of always displaying it on your screen.

It's a small idea, but I think it would add some more character to the parks.
