Control rebinding and sensitivity settings

It is currently very difficult for me to do grabs, needing me to squeeze down on my controller massively since it seems grabs only register at basically 100% trigger input, it would be nice if the sensitivity scales for this and other things could be adjusted, as well as adding things such as analog stick deadzone controls so we can dial in our controls specifically
