Stuck in tutorial island! Needs fixing asap!!!!

My friend downloaded Skate. Before I did. He is still stuck in the tutorial island with no purple bubble popping up for him to travel to Hedgemont. This is a crazy issue and needs to be resolved asap. You guys knew releasing a game in early access would have its trouble, why not attack the problems as soon as possible?
