Crash PS5

Im trying to enter the game on one of my accounts of Playstation network and my character was at the isle of grom, the thing is that it crashes only in isle of grom cause in my other account im on san van and i can play normally but it only crashes when i try to enter Isle of grom so i can't play on my main account
