Devs why cant you let people play how they want? not force them to play your way
The title is so apparent playing the game.
I enjoy skating stairs, rails and legdges not into the building hopping/flying, but even those guys I see them pissed you remove their glitches.
Today I wanted to skate a triple set i'd missed, its long, high and run up is stupidly short (video of attempts https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VELXR9D7EOw). Each of those trick attempts required jumping of a skyscraper into a handmade ramp, falling flat most of the time before I could even attempt my trick.
Please give us a speed ramp or the like. I want to do my trick not spend most of the time looking for speed to do it. The pleasure I get is putting down the trick I aim to do, not in finding a run run up and that's all before the bailing height issue.
The trick I wanted to do was fs 180 hardflip. It just wouldn't land. I've had this before where some tricks land and others wont, eg hardflip down something works but nollie flip doesnt, so tried a bunch of other stuff to test.
Here I did fs 180 and bs pop shuv (didn't record) then the fs 180 hardflip, 2x hardflips and a regular ollie in the vid. Nothing would land! Seriously its bs, its a game let us have no fall damage within reason, fair enough off skyscrapers keep it but stairs roofs etc why the hell not, like permit 30m fall height or something.

Its a persistent issue with this game, the devs forcing you to play their way, eg monthly challenges and OTL with its forced co-op.. there's different types of players stop being so controlling!
I love the gameplay,.. but don't you think you'll have more people playing if you allow freedom? a small kicker to roll down that sends you flying at crazy speed would be an instant hit. Saw a video on youtube last night of someone resetting their account to go to tutorial island, that maps sick, you've been asked a lot to let us go back there but nope.
I could go on, the pop height is limited unless the game recognises your going for an obstacle, I want to do massive pop flat land tricks.. but you don't want that for whatever reason so we don't have it.
Theres different types of players. The games meant to be fun, save all your limitations for the competitive modes and give us freedom to play how we like and have our fun.. PLEASE.
I know they v likely wont reply but they do seem to read these. If anyone gets to the end of this, interested if they feel the same.
