Disable Certain Grabs/tricks

The amount of different grabs and tricks in the game is pretty cool, but I keep getting confused with the buttons to preform them. Because of this, i keep preforming the same thing over and over which kinda pisses me off. If only there was a way to disable these grabs/tricks or even better if there was a way to customize our controls.
