still having this issue as well. however instead of an hour and reseting/redownloading the app multiple time it only takes half an hour average
Been plaing for 10 hours since release. Try to launch it after my day of work is finished, and now i got the same error, try restarting pc, uninstalling - re-installing etc etc not able to launch.
