Finer Grind Bug

Stuck on Finer Grind mission for several weeks.

Completed all objectives. Collected all trash but still says 4/5 trash collected and won’t let me complete the mission and move top the next mission.

Wish there was a way to restart missions. Tried all the suggested online bug fixes and nothing works. Even uninstalled the game.
