game is not working after bug

Fell through the map for awhile then entered a back void room i then tried to go back to session marker and my character was no longer spawning in and wasn't movable i tried to fast travel but then my game would not load. after restarting my game it is no longer playable after the first enter screen then it loads for a long time and ends up showing nothing but black apart from a faint outline of the quick menu in the bottom left.

    I'm having the exact same issue. I closed the game, opened it back up.It took forever to load to the survey page, and then after I clicked continue.Now i'm just stuck at a black screen :(

    I have the exact same problem...fell through the map, reinstalled the game, get stuck on the loading screen
