Game wont load in and crashes

I have been playing for a day, next day i startet up the game, after login in game freezes on blackscreen, sometimes with background music. And when i can load in the game after a few tries, i see the begin screen of your character and it crashes. Deleted the game and reinstalled, nothing worked. I tried another account and games still works. How come my acc got glitched? Pleas fix this issue A.S.A.P. when you load in the game so i can start grinding this game like skate3 on my own account.
