Global chat or zone chat would be great to socialize

I am having fun in this game but i came across a quest 'It takes 2-4' and the tools to socialize are very poor. 

There should be a global chat or zone chat to ask for help or make friends like in an mmo, it would be cool to also have proximity chat and when i send a message a bubble chat pops up in the character's head with the text
